A. Graphic Designer

Q. What are your weaknesses?

A. Tortilla chips. Recovering from broken Tib Fib in skiing accident 5 months ago. Looking to improve overall fitness.

Q. Why are you training?

A. I want to learn methods and strategies for improving my cycling performance.

Q. Do you partake in any Dai Endurance Classes/Training/Fitting?

A. Yes, classes and training.

A. Garmin Edge 800

Q. If you could spend 10 days anywhere, where would it be?

A. Cycling anywhere in Italy

Q. Do you have a pre-ride/run food you like to have?

A. Clif Bloks energy chews, Salted Watermelon

Q. What is your favorite food to eat post training?

A. Clif Shot Protein Recovery drink mix, Chocolate flavor. Mixed in a blender with Almond milk, peanut butter, and ice. Yum!

Q. Why do you train with Dai Endurance?

A. It’s a flexible program, that fits in with my work schedule. Since I started two weeks ago, I have already noticed significant improvements in strength, body mobility, cycling speed and endurance.
