Q. What do you do in real life?
A. Physical Therapist Assistant
Q. Why are you training?
A. I feel my best when I’m training, setting new goals, and pushing myself to be better.
Q. What’s your ideal sporting event to attend or compete?
A. I just love that competing in cycling allows you to travel to new places and meet people you otherwise may never cross paths with.
Q. Do you have a pre-ride/run food you like to have?
A. Not pre-ride food, but my favorite mid-ride foods right now are gummy bears and pop tarts. = )
Q. What is your favorite food to eat post training?
A. A huge salad with a good IPA. Balance.
Q. How do you stop yourself from eating unhealthy foods?
A. I just save those foods for the mid-ride…
Q. What do you think about during long training rides/runs/workouts to stave off the boredom?
A. Post ride food!
Q. Why do you train with Dai Endurance?
A. Julie is more than an accomplished and intelligent athlete, she is a wonderful human that cares for each individual. I would recommend Dai to anyone that is looking to get more out of training/coaching than just prescribed workouts.
