What do you do in real life?
I am a student and tennis player.
What are your weaknesses?
My left side of my body, and flexibility in the shoulders.
Why are you training?
I am training to regain strength, mobility, and balance in my left leg.
Do you partake in any Dai Endurance Classes/Training/Fitting?
I partake in personal fitness training with Julie Young.
Favorite piece of technology for training?
My favorite piece of technology is probably the T.V.’s attached to the bike or treadmill.
If you could spend 10 days anywhere, where would it be?
If I could spend 10 days anywhere right now, I would be in New York City.
Do you have a pre-ride/run food you like to have?
I usually eat avocado toast before working out.
What is your favorite food to eat post training?
I enjoy chocolate banana protein shakes.
Do you enjoy coffee/espresso or tea? What’s your preferred brand?
I enjoy Celestial Seasonings peppermint tea.
Why do you train with Dai Endurance?
I train at Dai because I want to improve my performance and reduce the risk of injuries.
